🚚 Shipping & Delivery at RV Looms
At RV Looms, we want your handcrafted pieces to reach you as beautifully and quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are based on when your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
- Processing Time: We typically take 1–2 business days to carefully pack and ship your order from our New Jersey warehouse.
- During New Launches or High Volume Periods: During special launches or festive drops, processing time may take 3–5 business days due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your pieces with care!
- Priority Shipping: Choosing priority shipping will only speed up the transit time once the order has shipped. Processing time still remains 1–2 business days (or 3–5 during launches).
- Peak Periods (e.g., Diwali, Black Friday): Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to ship during peak sales events. This does not include transit time.
- We provide free shipping on orders over $120.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check the shipping address used
- Look around your entryway, mailbox area, or ask neighbors
- Contact your local USPS/UPS with the tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier for missing packages
RV Looms is not liable for packages marked delivered, but we are happy to assist you with filing a claim or following up with the carrier.
